What should I expect during my initial consultation?

During the first visit, your dentist will scan your mouth and map out your treatment plan using the manufacturer’s advanced ClinCheck® software.

These scans will also provide the information the Invisalign® laboratory needs to produce your set of bespoke-made aligners.

How often do I have to wear the aligner?

You will wear your aligners 20-22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, brush, and floss. Every 2 weeks, you will switch to the next aligner in the set.

Your dentist will see you for regular check-ups during this time to monitor your progress.

Will I need to wear a retainer?

Yes. As with any other orthodontic procedure, you will need to wear a retainer after completing Invisalign® treatment. This appliance will prevent your teeth from shifting back into their original, misaligned position.
